BEER OF THE MONTH

  • The oldest monasteric brewery in the world, founded in 1050 brewing pure Bavarian styles with an excellence uncommon in modern beer.
    Kellerbier is an unfiltered pale beer lagered in cool underground rock caves and cellars to mature before the invention of mechanical refrigeration.

Wine OF THE MONTH

  • Jo Perry is a magician, we’ve adored her fruit forward inviting wines.
    When we first opened Besk we contracted Jo to produce our first flight of ‘house’ wines!
    It’s been a long time between partnerships and we couldn’t be happier to have our hands on this frisky co-ferment of Grenache berries a-la-flottaison in Chenin Blanc.
    Vivid fruit with supple tension, big red berries splashing around in salty solo.

Spirit OF THE MONTH

  • A Tequilana is a classification used for a distilled spirit made from the Agave Tequilana but produced outside the legally designated boundaries of Mexico’s Denomination of Origin.
    NODO take their Tequilana and infuse it for 15 days with freshly ground coconut fruit before sweetening the final liqueur with raw sugar. An Unbelievable drink.

Our carefully selected cellar is expansive and our unique integration within the Besk Bar lets you swing by to take a bottle home or settle in to enjoy it all inside our beautiful venue.
