Verdanken is a crisp, finely tuned take on the classic European style, brewed with Ross from Rocky Ridge’s signature Pilsner precision.
Showcasing a delicate balance of citrus-y and floral aroma from Noble Citra and Mandarina Bavaria.
The palate is clean, dry, and gently bitter, with a soft malt backbone that keeps everything in check.
“Verdanken” means gratitude in German — a fitting name for a beer that celebrates simplicity done perfectly. Refreshing, balanced, and endlessly drinkable.

The 23 Moreau-Naudet Chablis bursts with energy and classic Chablis character.
Sourced from organically farmed vineyards around Préhy and Courgis, it’s bright, pure, and full of life.
Think crisp citrus, green apple, and white flowers with that signature flinty, sea-spray edge that makes Chablis so irresistible.There’s beautiful texture from time on lees, giving a gentle creaminess under all that zesty freshness. It’s vibrant, mineral, and seriously moreish — a wine that feels alive in the glass and will only get better over the next few years.

This gin is a bright Aussie-take on the botanical classic: crafted by hand in the heart of the Margaret River wine region and boasting nine distinct botanicals, including crisp cucumber and fragrant native rosemary.
