After all, Eagle Bay were there to see it unfold, this easy going American-style Pale Ale was brewed to be a quenching- in a gorgeous golden hue hopped with Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, & Idaho 7 hops for Citrus-y, Piney freshness.

A 50-50 split of Cabernet Sauvignon and a Merlot Rosé from our favourite pair of brothers; Phil and Reuben at Felix Caspar.
It’s a light and bright red blend designed to be drunk well-chilled.
Crunchy red fruits come alive in the glass decarted by the oh-so-typical crunch of bell pepper and lick of sea spray so synonymous with our Margaret River wines.

Phwoar. Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky raised in Port and Sherry casks.
Finished off inside freshly emptied Tasmanian red wine barrels infused with ‘Jean Pascals’ Fruit Mince Pie Jus.
Delightfully naughty to be savoured alongside dessert.
